Ray Majewski is a multidisciplinary designer whose work explores the intersection of storytelling, technology, and the built environment. He currently serves as an Extended Reality (XR) Environment Artist at the University of Michigan's Center for Academic Innovation, where he collaborates with faculty, researchers, developers, and external partners to create immersive educational experiences.

His practice spans virtual production, extended reality, digital environments, exhibition design, and spatial storytelling. At Michigan, he leads the design of virtual environments and sets for LED studio productions, augmented reality applications, and virtual reality simulations that support learners around the world.

Prior to his current role, Ray worked across architecture, themed entertainment, fabrication, design education, and emerging media. This multidisciplinary background informs an agile approach that balances creative vision, technical execution, and collaborative partnership development.

Whether designing a virtual production set, building a digital twin, or developing new workflows for emerging technologies, Ray is driven by a belief that design can make complex ideas more accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
